A suspected Boko Haram bomb expert who was arrested in Ibadan after fleeing from the Sambisa Forest says many of their members have now flooded Lagos.   A suspected Boko Haram bomb-maker who was arrested by security operatives in Ibadan, Oyo State, has shocked his captors that his group has so many of their members scattered all over Lagos State.
